CARDBOARD FOLLY: 'A' WITH A FOLD

NEXT

How are our perceptions of the typographic form altered when interfered by a fold?
3mm thick laser cut black felt 'A', post-fold.

'A' with a fold was included in the first issue of Cardboard Folly. Each issue centres on a theme, the first being ‘The Fold’. Artists, writers, poets and architects were invited to make an editioned work in response to this. Housed in a screen-printed cardboard box/cover, each issue is custom-made to fit the contributions in that particular issue.

Launched at the Bluecoat, Liverpool during Liverpool Biennial 2010, 21st October - 14th November.
Cardboard Folly is edited and produced by Emily Speed: hello@cardboardfolly.co.uk
Cardboard folly (Print): ISSN 2044-9771 Cardboard folly (Online): ISSN 2044-978X

"A' with a fold was also exhibited as part of the Graphic Birdwatching Christmas Exhibition at Supalife Kiosk in Berlin, December 2010
